Donations from individuals and companies are very important to the Chorus and contribute significantly to our future. Your donation will help us to achieve excellence in performance, develop choral singing and choral music, and involve others in the community.

The American Friends of the London Symphony Chorus have always enjoyed a close relationship with the chorus, and have generously supported our visits to New York with the LSO, and to Denver, and commissioned Quotes by Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum in 2006 and Songs of Immortality by Eric Whitacre in 2010.
In 2011, our performances in New York with the LSO of Beethoven: Missa Solemnis with Sir Colin Davis, and Britten: War Requiem with Gianandrea Noseda attracted standing ovations and glowing reviews. Anthony Tommasini of the NY Times wrote: “The chorus filled the resounding sustained harmonies with full bodied but never forced sound, and the music flowed in broad sweeps and spacious arcs.” Alex Ross of the New Yorker wrote: “Noseda marshaled the finest War Requiem that I have heard.”
By joining the American Friends you will support our forthcoming tours to the United States and our role as cultural ambassadors.
The American Friends of the London Symphony Chorus is an independent non-profit corporation with tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax- deductible as and to the extent permitted under applicable law.
